I write my name as N. Zainulabideen, The initial N is my family name Natharma, Natharma is a common name used by every family members, when I have to fill any applications, the application ask for 1. First Name, 2. Middle Name, 3. Last Name, please help me to fill the application, correctly.

Though an academic query, Natharma will be UR last name.If U have any continuation of UR name that will be UR middle name.
