Dear Sir
Me ek Dukan me kiraydar hu or apna business karta hu . mujhe sirf 1sal hua he or mera makan Malik kiraya 15% bhadane ka pressure de raha he . mujhe kya karna chahiye tab k mere pass rent agreement b nai he .
Plz guide me

If there exist any rent agreement, refer the terms of agreement.

The facts not enough to provide proper advice, you have not stated which state you belong, whether any written agreement exist, type of business, rent of such shops in area ?
