AC outer units

Hi,
I live on ground floor of high rise building with extended balcony, and maximum people living above our floor are installing their AC unit outside of their respective balconies and using or covering their balconies of their own interest, now the maximum AC units are outside and their direction goes down straight to my extended balcony where my kids play or our daily movements as the balcony is extended I dont think they have taken any kind of permission and I feel major safety issue here, i have requested them many times to pl. install their AC outer unit inside of their respective balconies where it should be but noone is hearing my plea. Does it consider illegal if yes then how i should proceed since i feel major safety issue. Thanks pl help

You file a suit for declaration that you are entitled to have your extended balcony and perpetual injunction restraining them covering their balconies and it is causing safety issues for my children from playing in our extended balcony side and also adults from our family in our extended balcony and also commanding them to keep their AC inside their balconies lest it is causing safety issues for children and adults in our extended balcony.without permission from Municipality they have covered their balconies thus putting them to disuse causing injury threats to us and our children. and hence it is illegal. First obtain Temporary injunction.Issue a Legal notice first to them with all your concerns and allegations and if you don't get a reply within notice period file a suit for declaration and perpetual injunction.

do you really mean to say that someone just intruded in your balcony and installed his AC unit?

It is a common wall coming down staright from up to our balcony, that wall ends at our extended balcony but that common wall is outside of their balconies since they have small balconies and we have large extended one and all their AC units are installed on that wall, builder has provided enough space for AC units in small balconies with all water outlet facilities but noone wants to use it for AC unit instead they are covering it for their own use and Installing AC outer unit outside wall which going down straight to our extended balconies.

(1) You may take up the matter with the Society,
(2) You install a cover in your balcony to protect from the dripping water.
