dear member,

you are using the word "revange" which implies they are no strangers to you. How the cheques landed to them you are not clear on this aspect.

Sir, I went to Delhi for study. Me & my father had a joint A/C, my father used to send me money when I needed, for Rent food etc...but when I become self dependable by doing website designing, I less use that A/C...this chequebook was in my drawer. I was in a rented room,so that my family can come and stay as they wish.I meet very less people.

That person son stays near by area,so that he become friend,he usually go with me to local gym, come to my room....

I am bachelor and things always scatters everywhere in my room. As he become a good friend, I sometime go to toilet or bath or even near shop while he alone in the room...

So there was a huge scope to stole those cheques....

Why are getting so scared?
If you could prove that you owned no money to him, then no harm will be done to you.
In any case you can file counter case against him for threatening you.

You are not fully honest with facts. Please disclose with the complete facts.

Did you sign the cheques before these were lost? Did you lodge police complaint for the loss? Did you inform your banker for the loss of cheques and stop payment?

Incomplete informations.

If yes, you are liable to be prosecuted, otherwise No.

They must be revengeful due to some past act of yours. Try for amicable solution if possible.

You have to proceed with the cases against you.

No body can ruin life of anyone except destiny / fate.

if the cheques were lost police complaint and information to Bank should have been done.
DEgfdklkjljkljljkjkj (Querist) 21 April 2014
Yes, I did police complaint that the cheques were lost and for that my Bank also stopped payments on those cheques....and closed the A/C

After 5-6 month of all this, I mean police complaint & Bank procedure....They put the first case.

Why you signed those cheques which were allegedly lost and used by your friend? Disclose the true facts behind the incident.

The word I used "REVENGE" is because:-

I was developing a Web App in 2011-2012; which was a huge possibility to get popular and a great future ahead...kind of like What'sApp+Social Networking feature

I need to register that App. He & his son came to me as to help me register that App.But I found them guilty in company registration. Then I realized that Delhi is no more safe place to work.I come back West Bengal and Demand my money back which I invested in whole Incorporation process. After few days they return my money.I told them that I can not come to Delhi as I understood all planning of them.As their planning of grabbing my App & company failed then they threaten my dad on phone that they have some docs which they will use to heckling me.I did not worried that time as I get my money back and was too far from them.I launched police complaint against some lost document like my PAN Card, lost of some cheques, some other project papers.....

After 5-6 month they sued me.When appear court to get bail...My honorable judge go through all the issue....and bailed me.Then they again threaten me to sue several times as soon as I departure Delhi. As I reached home I again received another legal notice of Case and finally they sued me.

Their intention is just to heckling me anyhow. And my intention is to get sometime so that I can rebuild my career and prove them wrong.
DEgfdklkjljkljljkjkj (Querist) 21 April 2014
I did not sign on those cheques. In first case when my judge show me those cheques then I found that they forge my signature, dates, amount and payee name....It was a complete blank cheques which they feel by themselves
