99 years Lease land

Around more than 100 years back we took 30 Acer land on lease.
On same land we are running school. Now one fellow comes and say's that I have perchesed same land.can we claim our possession on the land.
Or will we have to give up the land?we r ready to pay rent whatever is government rule says.
Plz guide me as soon as possible

2) Who was Lessor (if Private individual) write xxxxx

if Govt then write which Govt (State /Central/Local govt ,etc)

3) Duration of Lease mention year

4) Whether document registered or not

5) Whether you possess that document or not

6) If document is not in possession then whether such remark is written in land record or not

We are in Maharashtra.
He was individual leaser. It was 99 years lease got ended in 2000.I don't have those documents but 7/12 is available .

Whether Urban or Rural area? Asking this question because myself thinking whether you can get documents easily or not.

Whether agriculture or non agriculture.

What is situation on land

School you are running , you said , Whether education dept. permission is taken, whether trust is formed , Which form of organization is governing school .That too required to be studied.

It seems there are multiple laws touching the land tangentially . All should be listed properly and then matter analysis .

I doubt after analysis of all series of act touching this land whole dimension of the case can change .

How many students are there in school that information also I require
