Use of one company name as part of other company name

Sir,

Thanks in advance.

My query is that a company "ABC" has formed consortium for participating in tender of my company "XYZ" with suffix of may company name i.e. ABC-XYZ. Does the same infringe any intellectual property right.

ABC or ABC-XYZ has no relevance, if the company is registered with the Registrar of the Companies and they have been maintaining proper records and getting that audited, as per the company law.
