DEAR SIR,
I FILED RTI TO PF OFFICE FOR REQUIRED MY NOMINATION FORM ( I FILLED NOMINATION FORM IN 2009 BUT NOW I LEFT JOB ) BUT THEY REPLAY THAT THIS NOMINATION FORM IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THEIR OFFICE . WHAT IS REMEDY IN THIS CASE . I FILED ALSO APEAL BUT THEY CALL ME TO ATTEND APEAL . CAN HE CALL ME FOR ATTEND APEAL WHEN I DEMAND ONLY PIECE OF PAPER .

If the nomination form is not available then you can apply for fresh nomination.

The nomination was published in relevant docs e.g; PF a/c..

Since you have left the organisation ( as per query IT is previous organisation) you may write to establishment.
You cold also keep a copy.
You can change the nomination, in operational a/c.

You cannot compel production of a document which is not held in office.

You cannot be compelled to attend personal hearing in office.

Keeping document is responsibility of every office .if rti can not compel than nobody will give information under rti

Pf dept reject my pf withdrawal form for differ my father name . When I say him what is my father name in pf document they did not respond . Actualy I want withdraw my pf amount with any bribe

RTI compels a department to show the document held in their possession. It doe snot compell them to who a document which is not in their possession but also does not permit them to falsely state non-availability of document.

You are probably having some problem whose details you do not want to show and want to find solution through RTI Act which may not be of much help.

The name of father is per documents e.g; Birth certificate, pan card etc
One has to relate while filling the forms, and establishment should also check.
