Form tm 48 relating to power of attorney

Whether Form TM 48 needs to be printed on 100 Rupees Stamp Paper (Non-Judicial) or 500 Rupes Stamp Paper(non-Judicial) in Mumbai Boudhik Sampada Bhavan Trademark Registry Office ? Rs. 500 or Rs.100 is the basic question for my enquiry? Please reply and guide.

The Stamp duty is Rs.500/- only. the Form-tm48 can be filed in Mumbai.

Thanks Sir for Your Precise Answer. I have confirmed it with Relationship Officer at Trade Marks Registry as to be Rs 500 Stamp Paper for Form TM 48. The new rules has changed and stamp duty has increased accordingly.
