just a general ques coz most of the respected members here are old aged except kumar doab sir :) you all have seen a lot of world and so many cases till now. If a person who's truly innocent and is being framed into a case just for blackmail etc. What happens in such cases, does god helps that person? Will truth win ?

Dear Friend not only God but law also helps a true and innocent person. Total criminal law jurisprudence is based on the maxim that one innocent should not be punished even if hundreds guilty go unpunished. So have heart,put your case bravely before court of law and do not be subject to any blackmailing.

:) sorry. not very good in selection for words, however my feelings inside r good, because lawyers here come spent time and give some help .that is enough to take stress away from many readers mind. and in some cases i read many lawyers even tend to help the author as much as they can. Critics however are always welcome :P :D

There are No Critics here and Only Advocates.Addressing the Advocates as "U Guys" is it the way to address.Refer all your other queries all were related to your Divorce matters.You have Not even come with your Original Name but a self named brand.How Mr.Rajeev sharma is addressing this Anonymous as " Dear Friend" who had addressed the advocates as "u guys" Dont we have Self respect.

Rajkumar sir, we r strangers and you assumed something about me. my only ques sir is... agar 1% main innocent hua phir? mainey sorry isliye kaha kyonki merey grandfather mey sikhaya tha ki never hurt any 1 emotionally or physically. karma will hurt u back. so i thought may be that (u guys )hurted you sir.. but honestly i said sorry & sir hum kitna bhi pretend kar lein but god ko sub pata hota hai. we cant hide anything from him.

on internet when a person is going through a criminal case and taking expert advice, he/she would not revel his/her identity coz they dont want to disclose their case positives & negatives on internet & sir you being a lawyer know this very well.

i am not that much educated like you sir. just a common man. At times i also needs elders advice & specially when i am emotionally down.
I took this advice thinking that the respected lawyers here are matured and most are like father figure to me.
As far as law and punishment is concerned sir. if god wants to punish me then thats for good.. jo bhi bhagwanji kartey hain achey ke liye hi kartey hain :)
And in my case or any case , anywhere on this earth, like senior lawyers said above.. truth wins at end & yes we all face these difficulties because of past karma. shayad mainey bhi koi galti ki hai jiska ye fal mila.
so now win/loose whatver may happen, god will decide and we should accept .

By the way on the basis of what u called me culprit etc sir. i tried my best to get ur kindness and i dont know why u r angry even when i said sorry about that - U guys .
plz dont call any1 culprit or to be more specific , dont hurt any1 by calling them names like culprit , U will go in jail etc. untill u know the facts.
& even if a person is not a lawyer, he/she would know details first before calling some1 bad or good..hope that makes sense.
And dont be arrogant about what you are. Plz dont scare people only because you are a lawyer.
Remeber you are what you are coz of lord above. the day you misuse your powers, and hurt others, things will hurt you at some time in life

To me it was a post from a person in distress, trying to fight his woes,and i thought it my bounden duty to give him solace.I personally do not take offence from the language of a perturbed person. Perception differ person to person.It is an open public forum and some time person seeking advice may not like to disclose its true identity and i personally don't find it very unusual.This is my personal view and i don't have a right to call others'view wrong.

plz forgive me & trust me... till the extent i know english, u guys for me was like saying.. (aap log) & i said sorry about that respected members many times.
i was not born with english and trust me, every indian makes mistakes in english and nobody is perfect, even an nri.
i was feeling alone and i just wanted a perception of lawyers, if truth wins at end or not. in my heart i know it will win and it wins, but wats happening now a days makes me down and dear god forgive me, when big politicians escape & rich people after commiting a crime , then i ask myself, why did u let that happen dear god.
i am not that capable to know how god plans things, but deep down i know, who so ever sins , suffers & that is 100 %.
Aap log yahan lawyers ho. but i can see that many respected members are matured and elders and they will help me when my faith is declining.
sir u even said my wife will punish me... if i sinned yes nobody can save me.. but if i behaved nice and she did a mistake, god wont let any bad thing happen to me.
wish i could come with real name and meet all you respected people in person, but at the moment thats not possible , coz i cant disclose my identity here.

Also i just saw now, when i first asked the ques i typed "respected members ".
after that i got a nice reply and then i used that word " u guys "
but plz have a look at whole sentense , i started by saying --- ty sir. & the whole sentence was ... (Ty sir ,u guys made me feel positive and it means a lot).... i am sorry my meaning was... what i wanted to convey...... thankyou sir, aap logon ney mughey positive feel karvaya hai and ye merey liye kafi mainey rakhta hai..
if i am saying it means a lot and starting sentence with ty sir.. plz focus on that.
at end i would only say. i did my karma thanking you and when someone felt offended with the way i put it, it was my duty to explain and clear what i meant & if i hurted anyone by mistake , its my duty to ask for sorry.
