I am well versed with the basics and definition of caveat, so please don't repeat this as it is not required. I very specifically need answer to the query that I have posted regarding the effect of caveat with regards to the stay of the order/ judgment impugned ispo facto without any order of the court. Any specific law or judgment regarding this will be very appreciated. Thanks.
