Expert sir.
A hindu upper caste (unreserved) man after marriege extra maritial affair with a girl belongs to obc caste. Without marriege the girl give birth to a boy.
Now my question is whether the boy is eligible for reservation under obc quata or not?

Why sir. What law says regarding this problem explain. Because in school only mother name and sirname added father name not given. As per supreme court latest judgement govt cannot force unmarried girl to say the name of father of her child what u say?

I am also final year law student. I visited so many lawyers but all are having different opinion.

If U were really a law student U should have stated it in UR profile.Being a student U cannot demand replies from the legal experts posting the same problem in different threads.
Now dear law student, for whom have U posted the query.Is it real or for gaining academic knowledge.
