Hello Sir,
I would like to know that I am a fresher in Wipro Company in India. and I am under a bond and some personal issues I wannted to resign my company...
Is it possible for me to get out of this.without giving the money.

Bond is enforceable only if special training is given to you at the company's expense.

The BOND was created in lieu of what extra ordinary favor/expense by the company?

In this world first priority is self and family, career and employer would come in the last....................

The liquidated damages inserted in the BOND might have to be proved and not necessarily to be paid on demand.

Do you have the copy of the BOND?

Show it to an able Labor Law Consultant/service Matters Lawyer/Law firm specializing in such matters and understand the merits,remedies.
