Can a firm with PSARA Licence required to obtain approval from Labour commissioners approval to start business.

You have already procured licence Private Security Agency Regulation Act, 2005. Consult the local Labour Department about this requirement.

This is for one of my friend who has applied for a contract in a company for security services, where one of the term is to have PSARA and labour licence as requirement.
