Mr. Manav Kumar,

What the hell made you not to post your real problem where you posted such a nasty question even on 2nd day of your joining forgetting all the protocols of decency of a querist! If you don't know what "academic" means, you need to get yourself readmitted in a school, rather than practising law.

If you are a Law Practitioner (as per your profile) that does not mean that you are entitled to seek any help by using spiteful language that too without stating any of your problem. If you think about help as "its as simple as that" it was also as simple the way you could have addressed the community in a decent manner instead of demonstrating your spitefulness against the community members of the LCI. I wonder, if you really are a Law Practitioner!

Yesterday got inducted, today fled away by getting the account deleted. Such was the law practitioner, who wanted to dictate terms to all the experts by using bad language!

oh..

i missed you mr.querist.. dont know that is your good time or mine?

Learned Senior Expert Shri. P.S.Dhingra has suitably explained.

I also share the feeling expressed by experts.

The readers and visitors also get true impression of persons that post in such language.

Yes! Mr. P.S.Dingra , very good answer stated by you. I support you sir. Such liberal indecency cannot b allowed.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 27 March 2015
agreeing with Mr Dhingra I will add that this site is meant for asking a real query by needy person. The experts here are giving charitable advise and are not open to viva test.

be it academic or vague or real query. None can compel advise on free basis in charity by being impolite.

Further even if one goes to chamber of lawyer, pay his fee still the advocate will not accept impolite behaviour.
SAINATH DEVALLA (Expert) 27 March 2015
Such type of members and queries must be stopped by the forum and the management. Most of the querists are not the needy persons.Students, time pass makers and head strong people get inducted in the forum only to irritate the experts who are not here to while out their time, but only to find proper solution to the query. Of course everyone will have his own version of dealing with a particular case.No querist whoever he may be has no authority to question the experts. Time and again I have been warning the querists, to use proper language. This has to be stopped.
