Dear Team,
My dad had made letter of administration and my mom was the appointed manager to it.Now my dad is no more,few days back we found some physical shares in our home which is on my dad name. in letter of administration physical shares are not mentioned. can my mom claim the same as.
there is no nomination in the physical shares.

apply to company for transfer of shares in your mother name . enclose death certificate of your father . offer to execute indemnity bond in favour of company for transfer of shares and NOC of other legal heirs

had words with company. as the value is more they told for succession certificate or letter of administration need.

You can make amendment in the Letters of Administration proceeding to include those numbers if it is not done.

If the value of shares is more, company may ask for succession certificate. You should represent once more and offer to provide application, death certificate, heir ship letter, indemnity bond, relinquishment deed for transfer on the prescribed format. If declined, proceed for succession certificate.
