Hi sir this is chandrababu from tirupathi ap, plz help me i won tha 498a case july 31st. i done by mca but my father in low going to district cout how to stop that one.bcz alredy my creaer lost plz help me

You have not made clear for what purpose your father-in-law goes to court when you have already won the 498A case?

I won tha case in small cort,my father in law and my wife going to district court. in case he want district cout what to do? And how to stoped that case bcz i am planed bank job plz help me

if you do not want him to appeal you have to beg for mercy. Or else no way to stop.

You can't restrict them from exercising their right to appeal.
