Sir,, an FIR IS REGISTERED 4 months ago against me and my mother. Now women cell has put a challan 498,,406 . I have availed ant. Bail already...what will happen now...any fear of arrest or not.....what procedure will happen now..pls reply

After getting bail please furnish bond in lower court and a copy serve in local police station. Collect next date of appearance from the lower court. Comply 406 IPC to return the Stridhan articles to your wife,no need to worry

Once AB is allowed there will not be any chance of arrest anymore unless the bail is cancelled which is very unlikely.
