Validity of stamp paper

Dear All Experts,

Can a non judicial stamp paper purchased in the year 2009 be used for the same purpose today.

An early reply is highly appreciated.

Validity of stamp paper is only 6 months in maharashtra . stamp paper of year 2009 cannot be used

Sir, Thanks your prompt reply.

But I want to use it in Rajasthan and I read some where that as per the SC judgement, stamp paper are valid even after 6 months from the date of purchase.

Pleas provide your kind assistance in the matter.

There is no time limit of a non judicial stamp paper you can use it any time .

Stamp papers can be used but refund can not be claimed after 6 months.

There is time limit of a non judicial stamp paper you can use it within 6 month of purchase ONLY.
NOW A DAYS , IT IS STAMPED TO USE IT WITHIN 6 MONTHS, AND VALID FOR 6 MONTHS ONLY... [not any time .]

applicable in Mah State..
