Is anyone can help me by telling the maximum time for inquiry u/s 202
What are the options with complainant when the inquiry officer is delaying to submit the report although when he has examined all the witnesses and Judge also giving more time on every date.

There is no time limit for disposal of the application or inquiry under section 202 of crpc.
Its depend on court in which the matter is pending.

If the IO has requested the court for extension of time for investigation and submitting his report, the court may accede to the request, so nothing can be predicted on it.
