1) tenant doing illigal construction
2)landlord done GD . court pass 144 order
3) land lord give the original order to police station 5 days back
4) police till did not move , while communication ,police station say that OC is busy in other work
5) tenant doing construction ,almost complete
my question is
1)what to do ,as police is not doing anything?
2)what is the legal proceeding to in this situation ?

To stop illigal act and report inspection before 20/03/2018. Order issued by executive magistrate of district court.we convey this order , police station is saying OC is busy
