125 recovery case

I have filed 125 for maintanace of my child but my husband stopped to pay the amount since 14 months court issued warrant but he ran away from the place he resides now what steps I need to take. Police don't support me. And they take money from him and wrote that he is not at home. Please guide me. As soon as possible

What is the opinion of your own lawyer? What he is doing in that respect?

He is business man and we don't have any office address except his home where his keep resides as paying guest.

We send warrant 2 times to his home for arrest but police can't arrest him and give the same reason. His father given reason in writing that they don't haveany family relations with him since his marriage to court.
