dear experts,
my hma24 is going to end within 2-3 hearings.next hearing is my witness,if i file 125 by my parents now to avoid maintenance does it ll useful in reducing maintenance.
i already filed divorce on desertion ground.
pls tell

You are hiding fact whethr parents have income or not.
so far your parents did not file any case on you. now you want to bring their cooperation on record that you collectively want to deny maintenance to wife.
such drama could have been sure successful had judges been from some other society and not ware of the social circumstances.
if such like drama could succeed the not even single maintenance award could have been passed.

How many threads you have opened ojn the subject.
You are opening one thread or the other and giving half facts on one thread and half on other thread.
When you have decided to seek advise then what prevents you from giving all facts on one threads so that experts do not have to hunt for the facts here and there..
There is a need to realise that the experts here are giving advise FREE OF COST using there own electricity, net connection and precious time. By such like riddling queries you are displaying little regard for them.

What wrong Mr. Sudhir has said, if pointed out to you, "When you have decided to seek advise then what prevents you from giving all facts on one threads so that experts do not have to hunt for the facts here and there.."?
If this site is meant for free advice that does not mean that you like people should open several threads to give part of the facts here and there on different threads to keep the experts in guessing position. They are not obliged to waste their time if you are not certain about the facts.
Now because of your arrogance towards him, I must advise Shri Sudhir Kumar to charge his fee from you and you are obliged to pay him, as egoistically and arrogantly have promised to pay him.

wtever facts i mentioned r enough to predict,i can't post full petition,other thing i saw this sudir has cried before also for data charge and electricity bill.if these charges r so costly for him thn y he came here.there r other gud genuine experts too who can answer widout crying for bill.

The comments of author are unwanted, arrogant need to be condoned.
Dear Author,
If you are having enough money, which need to be shown, consult some senior Supreme Court lawyer, you would pay and not be able to comment like this.
Avoid commenting experts of the forum who have self respect and voluntarily providing free advises.
