how the court decide maintenance amount from IT papers if the annual income on IT papers are 2,20,000/- My wife and Daughter got 2000/- each means 4000/- Per Month.
Anirudh (Expert) 09 October 2015
Please tell me, if you earn Rs. 2,20,000/- per year, after paying Rs. 48000/- under maintenance, you will be left with Rs. 1,72,000/- For one person you want Rs. 1.72 lakhs, but you think 48000 for two persons is more.

First tell, what is your logic?

If yours is not merely an academic query, a very favourable judgment for you has been delivered.

But your question to experts, instead of your own lawyer, is quite unfair. That only gives vent to some hypothetical academic query.

If the problem is real one, you could well have put the question to your own lawyer, "how the court decide maintenance amount from IT papers if the annual income."
