11 months lease

(Querist) 27 November 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Dear All,
Can a company have its regd office through 11 months lease which is renewed after every 11 months. The lease is unregistered but atteste by a notry public. Is such a lease valid in law.

Seems to be valid till any local / state law is violated.
