What ever you had argued and appraised orally submit it as Written argument in an excellent manner and file it in the court along with another set in white paper and get it numbered.Then wait for 3 months.All the Best.

Dear Experts, if possible kindly reply all the answers, Especially, point one, can I represent my own in this trial before the SEM court without being a competent lawyer?

Opposite counsel generally raise many objections, it is for the SEM to decide on each objection on merits.

Any person can represent himself in the court.
