regarding validity of sale agreement

respected sir ,
my dad purchased a shop(which is not constructed TILL NOW ) by paying 10,00,000 in advance in 2002 which is registered and remaining amount will be paid on possession ,
In the registered agreement , TIME OF POSSESSION / IN DETAILS MEASUREMENTS /EAST-WEST-NORTH-SOUTH / WAS NOT MENTION ,IN 2004 SUPPLEMENTARY NOTARY BEFORE ME WAS DONE , WITH ALL RELATED DETAILS WERE DRAFTED , IN 2014 RELEASE DEED WAS DONE BETWEEN THE PARTNERS , IN THAT ALSO MEASUREMENTS IS MENTION ,
its a request to give your suggestions on validity of sale of agreements
