welcome to free legal aid club
Free legal aid club is a Delhi based social service organisation consisting of old and young, experienced and energitic advocates. We provide free legal aid in the area of family law, criminal law, human rights and labour law. We provide services with utmost sincerity and complete dedication. We have earned a reputation of highest quality in a totally professional environment.
Giving only legal advice - our free legal aid does not stop there. We know that by just saying you that you have remedy in so and so Act, you have to file so and so petition / application / suit / writ / appeal, you have to approach so and so court, is not sufficient. Actually your need is preparation of petition, filing it before proper court, and appearance before the court presentation of the case with proper vigour and make all efforts to bring positive results without any cost. That is the true meaning of "free legal aid" and we believe it.
Our services are totally free. Naturally, our services are meant for the most opppressed, suppressed and depressed sections of the society, who have no means to achieve their legal rights. We welcome individuals belonging to these sections, representatives, women's organisations, trade unions and NGOs working for those sections to utilise our services to the fullest.
We mainly work in the area of family law ( domestic violence, marriage, divorce, restitution, judicial separation, maintenance, custody, succession, female foeticide), criminal law (dowry death, dowry harassment, molestation, bi-gamy, to insult the modesty of woman etc.), labour law ( industrial disputes, contract labour, Factory, ESI, P.F., Bonus, closure, winding up compensation etc.) and human rights (Police atrocities, illegal detention, under trial problems etc.)
We mainly work in Delhi High Court, District Courts and MM courts/civil courts. Our services are not extended to Tribunals.
