my house was attached to compound wall. because
without permission neibour built compound in my boundary line. now he is asking to drill my house which is attached to compound??
pls tell me how to reply him by the government rule??

Also obtain injunction order immediately against further construction and report the matter to Municipal /Corporation Commissioner through regd post and make them also parties. Building a compound wall is his right and he can build the same after obtaining approval or with a fine .. Whether you have obtained specific permissions for your house without prescribed set back is important?

You may ascertain from the local Panchyat/Municipality whether he has obtained permission for the construction and whether the construction is in accordance with the sanctioned plan. Based on the information, you may initiate appropriate action.
