my husband, filed a case against me under sec 9 and submitted lots of false statements .in reply I have filed dv against him stating all the reasons , and how I driven out of house and deserted by him.
kindly help how shall I dismiss his false RCR.

Firstly come out openly in this forum for seeking expert opinion about your case.
Secondly, if you have already replied his petition of RCR wait for the court to decide his petition.
Even if his petition is allowed, this doesn't mean you have to join him, you can still refuse to join him if you feel unsafe in his company.
