Sir,
I had approached court nad filed DV case against my husband , my interim relief First order has been passed to stay in shared household where my husband doesnt stay anymore. My advocate is not cooperating . Can i talk to judge to get my order without advocate? I am currently staying with my friend as my husband has thrown us out of the house with my 2 yrs old son. How soon it takes to get the order ? please guide.

Yes.you can get the copy of order without help of your advocate. File an application for obtaining copy of orderand submit the same in court.
