What is the definition of STATION LEAVE for a residential campus like IIT,NIT etc.?A person is not leaving in the campus e.g permanent campus in far away from the main city(40km).He/she daily coming to the main campus from the city for office and leaving office after office hour.As per station leave definition,if a person is away from his office place i.e, staion for more than 24hour,it is considered as Station leave.He/She should apply a station leave.So, if it is about any week end or any holiday,he/she is out of city for more than 24hour.He/She staing the in the city but far way from the actual working place.So with respect to station leave definition,this will be treated as station leave or not? What is the actual area defined as station in central govt for any residential campus.What is the minimun distance can be treated as staying on Station.
