Hi,
My mother has an ancestral property which was occupied by her brothers. She has two brothers and the property belongs to her grand father. Now both the brothers planning to sell this property and divide the amount equally among themselves without even informing to their sister ( my mother). In this case how to stop them from selling this property legally, please help.
