Ancestral or self aquired property

My grand father has 30 acres. he has three sons. Partition not happened. But they have mutation on each 10 acres. 4 years back my father purchased 10 acres land from his elder brother son and get registered on my brother. So this is ancestral or self acquired property. All the family members wil get share on this property or not. Please advise.

If The invested money to buy that property is joint family income of u and Ur brother and Ur father then u have also right over it.if Ur father has self earned money and he purchased from that then he has right to dispose as per his wishes.if it is earned from income that ancestral land and purchased then all of u have equal rights over that land.

Sir thank you. Its joint family income. The land we purchased also belong s to my grandpa. My father registered on brother. Now he was deceased. Father filed suit for partition including this land and other 30 acre. My sister in law filed separate suit by saying this land purchased by my husband. Already we filed a suit once again she filed new suit.

As you said that land purchased from joint family income in that case you all will get the share in the property. You have to approach civil court and file civil suit.

Thank you sir. Already we have filed a suit. We need to provide any poofs for that how we got money. As we are doing agriculture we dont keep any receipts.
