three vacancy for data processing assistant in jipmer hospital Pondicherry.after the online exam my rank was 4. after document verification the 3rd rank holder got disqualified, as he is electronic and communication degree holder and i was selected in the final list and was waiting for appointment letter.the recruitment is only for b.tech in computer science or its equivalent..so he given complaint to chennai administratve tribunal. as per his view in UPSC ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION DEGREE IS also elgible for data processing assistant. i had seen the advertisement of Upsc they clearly mentioned electronic and communication with two year experience.he had won the case and got the job..how can he get the job, because in recruitment notification they didn't mention electronic and communication as educational qualification. also in upsc the basic pay for data processing assistant is different. then on what basis they had given job to him..also any way to get the court judgement..please help.
