Transfer of property

I have got a property through allotment of property from my parents through Deed of Understanding how can I get my name on the 7/12 extract.

And this Deed of Understanding is executed in 1994 and is not registered as per the Maharashtra Laws.

Dear querist, is the property of your father' or mother's or both? How did they get the property? however if the property is your parents (father/mother/both), they shall execute a Gift deed in your favour.and shall be registered in SRO concerned. MOU is not correct..
