undivided property

If Ur Muslim then there is no undivided property in Islam. If u have to write will 1/3 of it is only valid.

Sir ,sorry i didnt mention which personal law , by my name u might hv presumed muslim but i wanted to know about Christian law. there is a consent terms made but the parties have yet not executed the partition . does in this condition prpperty thetein be willed by any of these parties .?
