property claim

my grandfather died before September 2005 leaving no written will but he orally said that the self acquired property of him will be distributed to only his three sons not to any daughter... legally daughter can claim to this property or not?

If she had married before 2005she may be considered to ousted from family after Ur gf death i.e more than 13yrs

She may claim but u have to defend that after Ur gf death she was ousted from family since 14yrs.
