Non CTS cheque and date and name typen on chque can used

Dear sir My family member putting case on us using non cts cheques. Wen we are not gave him any cheque. He is staying In our home 1st floor. And witout our knowledge he stolen our 2 cheque that is in 2009 now he loged case agents our father that he gave 15lk rupees in part payment. And he is security gard. He typed date and name on those non CTS cheque. And my family facing lot of problems bcz of this. My father attmed sucied also Need your help thank you in advance

Did he present the cheque and Bank return return es the chique for reason of insuficient balance?

Yes bank returned cheques as insufficient fund

Yes he sent a notice. That notice also not reached bcz he staying in our home 1st floor. Mote over he accepted that he gave 15lk money by selling his native home while that home sold in 2006 for 156000rs. In cross examination he accpetd that he lied about sold amount bcz he just wanted to escape for tax.

Sir we just come know that cheque was stolen from our home wen we got court case. Now he telling I gave those amount from selling his home. And in sale dead only 1.56lk shown
