I have a Joint Family Property issue and petition has been filed in Hyderabad.
But, out of that property dispute, the profits are been earned from the mulguies (Shop) and the rents are been collecting by only one family and enjoying.
So, please be advised of the process. How could we advise to vacate the shop renter legally.
