my wife has lodged 498A case against me. She claimed that me and family forcefully taken her streedhan and mader her out of home. We did not forcefully taken her streedhan. She only left my home as she had a seminar in college which is 200Kms from my home. Her father and mother was also there with her when she left.
now my question is if I give her streedhan back through police , does it mean we won't be convicted?
as per the streedhan articles mentioned in the complaint, most of there are gifts given during marriage reception. Some her claim gifts does not exist at all.

Dont give anything back, she will take it and then tell one item missing which you cannot prove and roam to court another 20 years.
Instead file a police complaint that she ran away with cash 3 lakh which was at your cupboard. File complaint today. Get FIR. Then see she will fall to your feet and ask divorce.
