Land acquisition

Recently NHAI took our land. For the same they gave compensation based on old guide value which is about 111₹, but present guide value is 750₹. can we file a more claim in this case ? kindly help us, as we all felt the compensation is very less than what we bought the land for.

You may challenge compensation given by NHAI in court for not paying as per current guide value.

Dear sir..I purchased land in my Village Gram Tanna property in 2004 at same time I did compound my land ,now our naibour his belong to SC cast, his misusing the cast and demanding extra land in STSc count and local civil court How to handle this matter
