Dear All,
it is mumbai based property.

If a resolution has been passed in an AGM of your Society to the effect that tenants of flats will not be allowed to park their vehicles in the open parking spaces, then your tenant may not be allowed to park his vehicle. It will be prudent to ask for a copy of the minutes of the AGM when such resolution was passed.

The landlord may be having a copy as suggested above or can get from society.
