im working in a IT company,with 5days working per week.
my joining date is 14th july2014.
how do I know if I'm eligible for gratuity.
I inquired my finance team, they told I shall complete 4years, 10months and 11 WORKING days.
is it necessary to calculate as per working days(excluding holidays&weekends)??
please let me know if I would be eligible for gratuity considering 14th may 2019 as my last working day
please need your urgent advice.

I do see there were many queries asked by other which are not answered ...are u replying same thing to those as well??
