Your query is not clear.  State full facts.  Did he resign in Army and on selection join in Govt/PSU?  retired in Army?

SSC officers are comissioned for compulsory 5years than they can extend it by 5+4years i.e. total of 14years. My question is if some one donot extend his job and joins Railways or any PSU what will be his pay and seniority? His 5 years of sevice will be couted or not?
