limitation law

limitation to file suit for partition and to challenge unregistered Will( dated oct 1986 testator deceased in Dec 1986)
◆co sharer had his name in govt records and sold father self acquired property some Small part
sold 12 years back.remaining major 3 years back.

If u have ousted from family then suit for partition is 12yrslimitation.

From the bare contents of your information, it appears that selling away by a co-sharer the entire property amounts to fraud, and you can file a declaration suit for cancellation of such sale deed, and the limitation period is within 3 years from date of such knowledge of fraud, or learning about a concealed document through which fraud was perpetrated.
