What I meant when I said Judges over reach under the present set-up in this article cannot be accepted. Judges are doing their duty perfectly they are not over-stepping.

Very long article failing to drive point properly. Appointment of Judges for vacant seats is the need of the hour to help poor litigants. The rich get their cases decided in High Court or Supreme Court fast tracked it is the poor at lower court who suffer. Case on Politicians they want to prolong it Ex: Jaya's case. Judges over reach under the present set-up cannot be accepted.

The status of the property will remain to be treated as commercial until it is updated with the local Government. An application for updation of data should be made to the Municipal Department as well as Electricity Department by furnishing the proof of cessation of commercial activities or shifting of work to other address.

Sir, today i have received a message of cheque deposited of Rs 24k by name through SBI Home loan dept., this cheque i have provided at the time of taking home loan from SBI last year. But in May'17 i want to surrender the house to SBI but SBI told me to surrender the same to Builder and asked your builder to refund the disbursed amount, but builder is not responding to my emails / letters / phone calls. and SBI people send the cheque to my account and due to insufficient balance the cheque was bounced. In that situation, can SBI file 138 against me?? Please help in clarifying my doubt and what precaution i have to take in future for this case.
