The eviction of tenants was permissible on following grounds.

 

1. The tenant has committed any damage to the rental property.

 

2. The property is required for demolition and reconstruction.

 

3. If needed for conducting any business for the owner.

 

4. If the building is needed for additional accommodation.

 

5. If the property is subleased by the tenant with out the written permission from the owner.

 

6. Willful default of rent payment.

 

7. The tenant disputes the title of the property.

 

8. Requiring the property for the use of owner or for his family members.

 

9. If the period of tenancy is over.

 

10. Illegal activity of the tenant.
