what to do for country

Recently when the discussion was on at Country's Lok Sabha on No Trust Motion at some place where intelectuals were sitting and viewing the LS discussions and listening to speeches given by various leaders/orators. While discussing various issues they asked me one question "Mr. Arun Trivedi what do you suggest one should do for the country, what is needed today to built up the strong nation, happyness of public in general and to dimiish their hardships and lot of other things which requires to be harnessed?" As a lawyer I replied : "Any Government, whosoever may be on throne should issue one ordanance only and that should be "All Laws in the Country shall be scrupulously implementated and followed by all the citizens, if not they shall be dealt with in accordance with law only" this my reply.

Now my say is this can you think what will happen if our country follows all rules and regulations and laws ?
