I got a bail but not chargesheeted in chargesheet and discharge from this case. this case will be compromised 4yrs ago. SO I ever been bound down or not?

There's too much of discretion in granting of bail. Consequently there's no accountability on judges granting it. This has resulted in enormous Injustice to accused plus massive corruption in bail administration. High time law is amended to curtail this discretion and stipulate that bail must be granted UNLESS: 1) accused is likely to runway from trial 2) he is likely to temper with evidence, or 3) he is likely to repeat the offence. And reasons for court to arrive at it's findings either way must be recorded so that accused can appeal.
