Just scrap all constitutional amendments relating to all reservations, as, in fact all people under these categories are really competent, when so, why you need reservation at all. You also reported in the news report of Times of India recently. India needs all meritorious to fill public services then may be real salvation for Indians, that way Modi wants joint secretaries from private sector recently you might have read. Why then the hnorable Court can’t do its work, by declaring all those constitutional amendments that out lived their existence, even Art 368 correctly ‘hold parliament is not supreme body but the very constitution’, which stated clearly fundamental rights and basic structure of constitution cannot be touched by parliament, though it did so long, without appreciating a limitation principle, judiciary also has to take the blame , and now when Dalit leader himself indirectly says it can easily using under Art 142 by judicial review can declare those amendments affected fundamental rights be struck down as ’ultras vires’. So Congress if comes to power cannot play again , besides it is a healthy step so that unhealthy body called India is resurrected to better health, that means economy may improve ; good sign .

Rule of law itself the constitution anywhere; so that rule of law cannot be subservient to law makers made after thoughts based statutes why in spite of Art 368, how law makers try to abrogate, or abridge fundamental rights which are basically the basic structure doctrine in India; in fact most constitutional amendments made on fundamental rights need to be declared ultra vires, else how will you get pure drinkable water; can you be killed by government without providing drinkable pure water? but this is the story today of india. you need bullet trains, not drinkable pure water, you don't need agriculture but you want building, it is like putting cart before horse is it not?

Law makers pass statutes like divorce laws that cannot promote a man marrying to opt for divorce for reasons of trash like - see one Hyderabadi software man in Australia taking ' hefty dowry' from an M.Tech girl's parents,on wedding night he informs his wife both hindus that he has a fiance in Australia, so he opts to divorce this very girl - his father tells her father she should allow his fiance to be there in their life, do you say some 'great good' in that so called law makers statutes - obvious 'evil' only results - when hindus culture is just monogamy - do u think such divorce laws/ statutes rightly fall under constitution prerogatives be it secular india!

see governments cannot affect ecology and environment, if it does obviously governments do not follow the constitutional tenets - there is nothing called every act of government ought to be 'Good' a lot of such so called 'good' activities of government turns out to be bad 'evils' too ; cautious approach is needed - see Modi's idea of super fast bullet train obviously an environmental damage besides why you need such fast train - no poor would need - if rich man wants that fast that rich and wealthy or business man can use air plane another eco hazard you already have then that hazard is enough as some so called 'good' you don't need this bullet train - but people euphoria is eked out by politics , so politics upsets very constitutional priorities, so i call you can't trash the constitution!
